Job Title: Technology Infrastructure Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Infrastructure Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing the technology infrastructure of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of technology infrastructure and its alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the technology infrastructure of the organization in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage a team of software developers, UI/UX designers, infrastructure experts and Network/Database Engineers to deliver specific technology projects within given timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure. -Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's technology infrastructure.
• Ensure that the technology infrastructure is scalable and can support the future growth of the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and ensure that the infrastructure supports their requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in technology infrastructure management, with a proven track record of successfully leading infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience in building technology infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in managing technology teams, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, network engineers, database administrators, and other technology professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
