Trucknetic is a marketplace platform that connects Shippers (Business Owners, MSMEs and Individuals) with Truck Owners. It is a one stop platform to book all kinds of truck for inter-state, intercity and intracity deliveries. The vision of the company is to become the largest trucking company by 2025 without owning a single fleet, while making truck bookings as seamless as it is booking a cab nowadays. Trucknetic is a tech-first company on a mission to disrupt the old and conventional road freight industry using the latest tech trends while solving the problem of return load at the backend using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication as well as provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Enabling decision making for the upper management by providing analytical insights in the form of customized and responsive dashboards and reports
• Maintaining and running the company’s internal operations through a combination of integrated Google Sheets, Excel and company’s ERP system
• Preparing customized reports from time to time based on company’s performance metrics for the reviewal of upper management
• Making reports and dashboards for customers giving them analytical insights on SLA (Service Level Agreement)
• Maintaining and summarizing the operational data for billing process in coordination with the Accounts & Finance department
• Automating the company’s internal system to enable seamless flow of data between multiple departments thereby enabling efficient and accurate processing of datasets
• Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data management and analyze with attention to all technical aspects.
• Discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to security and confidentiality.
• To ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organization as well as within.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of all datasets
