Trucknetic is a marketplace platform that connects Shippers (Business Owners, MSMEs) with Carriers (Fleet Owners &Transporters). It is a one stop solution to avail any kind of truck for inter-state, intercity and intracity movements.

We're looking for someone who thrives in the very early stages of a company and is self-motivated, multi-tasker, and a demonstrated team-player. Also, get the best learning experience working directly with the founding team. The Candidate will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Acquisition of MSMEs, Traders and Individuals who require Trucks for the interstate/Inter city/intra city movement of their goods.

  2. Managing key accounts of different territories and ensuring daily placement of vehicles against the demands generated to improve the customer base and profit margins.

  3. Responsible for generating demand against available supply, collection against transacted placements, central monitoring on customer verification part.

  4. Generating demand from Traders/Brokers for spot business.

  5. Taking Demand from the market on a daily basis.

  6. Maintaining fruitful relations with the customers to facilitate client retention and increased demand.

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of Past experience as Sales Executive or Business Development Executive. (Logistics background is a plus)

  2. Basic knowledge of MS Office/ Google Suite

  3. Understanding of logistics market and marketing strategies

  4. Strong Communication Skills

  5. Good Interpersonal Skills

  6. Problem- solving skills

  7. Organizational skills

  8. Creativity

  9. Negotiation Skills
