Profile: Office Administrator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Creation of Job Descriptions and posting them on job posting platforms to create a pool of prospective candidates for job openings in the organization.
- Screening the resumes and prequalifying candidates for scheduling their interviews
- Assisting the senior HR in sourcing and recruiting top talent and design an employee incentive and reward program.
- Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, employee files and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Onboarding the new employees on the employee dashboard, introducing them to other teams members and conducting their orientation program
